Leftist, likes coffee and Beowulf. I am a recent graduate from SUNY Geneseo. I majored in International Relations and minored in Political Science and English Literature. I studied abroad for two semesters at the American University of Beirut (and traveled to Syria, Israel, The West Bank, briefly to Egypt, and briefly through Jordan while abroad). I'd like to go to Iceland and Russia someday.

Physically I am 5'9, 165 lbs, blond, blue eyes, and hard-of-hearing.

I love to play field hockey (I started playing on a club team in college, and play every week now). I ran Cross Country and Track in high school, ran independently in college, completed the 2008 Beirut Marathon in 3h:33m:34s, and have recently taken a break from running.

I like books and card games (Poker, Durak, Bridge, Hearts, Skat, etc). I used to write a lot more than I do now. I'm interested in words, leftist politics, economic theory, Lebanese politics, and a whole bunch of random stuff.
