I'm a well educated divorced man. A deaf woman might find me interesting because my cerebral palsy requires me to talk with a talking computer and she would always know what I was saying by reading my screen . I would like to become friends with a Sacramento deaf woman. I am known in the deaf community because of my work to develop a telephone relay for people with speech disability.
